Integrated Marketing · Campaign Strategy · Creative · Local Growth
When I joined H2GO, there was no formal marketing team or repeatable framework in place. I stepped in to build the function from the ground up, initially supporting six Orange County locations and helping scale the marketing system as H2GO expanded to eight, managing everything from planning and creative through campaign execution, vendor coordination, reporting, and on-site marketing.

BUILDING THE MARKETING SYSTEM
I created a structured marketing calendar around seasonal campaigns, promotions, memberships, community initiatives, and new-location launches. The goal was to make marketing easier to repeat and manage without requiring constant hands-on oversight.
A major part of that system was H2GO’s year-round on-site campaign presence. I planned, designed, and coordinated monthly promotional and seasonal signage across each location, managing the schedule and distribution as campaigns changed throughout the year.
The broader framework connected what customers saw on-site with paid media and automated SMS campaigns, giving the team a consistent process for launching promotions and keeping each location aligned with the brand.
DRIVING CUSTOMER GROWTH
Because H2GO’s business was highly seasonal, building audiences we could continue reaching beyond a single wash was key to keeping demand moving during slower months. I used social and SMS as ongoing acquisition and retention channels, creating campaigns that brought new customers into the brand and gave us more opportunities to drive repeat visits, memberships, and timely offers.
One social campaign grew Instagram followers by nearly 29% in four weeks while reaching a largely new audience beyond H2GO’s existing followers. After repeating the strategy a second time, the account ultimately grew more than 40% of its original baseline.
I applied the same approach to SMS, growing H2GO’s text audience by roughly 48% through ongoing acquisition campaigns.
CAMPAIGNS + OFF-SEASON REVENUE
Seasonal promotions were designed to create demand beyond peak wash periods. One Black Friday and Cyber Monday gift card campaign generated more than $60K in sales, turning gift cards into a meaningful off-season revenue opportunity.
I also developed repeatable go-to-market plans for new locations, connecting early awareness, lead capture, SMS, and on-site promotion. For one launch, I built a local text audience from the ground up before opening, giving the business an established audience to convert once the location went live. The site quickly grew into one of H2GO’s busiest locations.
PHYSICAL BRAND + PRODUCTION
I carried H2GO’s brand into the physical environment through large-format signage, fabric flags, vehicle graphics, and other on-site materials. Each format came with its own production considerations, from color value and readability at scale to material, placement, and durability.
One of the largest projects was a full custom decal rollout across five H2GO fleet vehicles, which required translating the brand into a completely different physical format while keeping the finished result consistent across every vehicle.
By the end of my tenure, H2GO had a complete marketing system that could run year-round with clearer planning, repeatable campaigns, organized promotional calendars, and an established creative processes. My work gave the team a stronger foundation to market each location consistently while making seasonal promotions, new launches, customer retention, and execution all much easier to manage.
